It allows you to keep the remote in your pocket and have a handsfree square around your wrist or finger ready to click it and when it do it sends a signal to the transmitter without having to use the transmitter. Make sure to keep your transmitter on you because without a transmitter the handsfree square cannot send the signal to the receiver. One thing I truly love about this is that the Dogtra Handsfree Plus Square as it sounds you can add up to 14 handsfree plus squares working at same time. I love it!
